Shopping for Spring.
Where will you be shopping? I know where I'll be. Besides various boutiques and small stores, my two main hits will be at Zara and H&M.
no pictures but a few items i found (at zara) -
cobalt blue linen shorts
khaki linen shorts
coral colored sweater
light gray patent leather oxfords with blue heel
khaki trenchcoat
loafer sandals
blue and white poppy design dress

I love getting late birthday presents. In a way, it extends the fun.
It makes that day seem like its your birthday all over again.
And okay, this lovely ring was only a week or two late,
but I was definitly late in writing a blog
about it fabulous smell! [:
Sweet sixteen was the marc jacobs birthday[:
Coincidence of getting bag, perfume, and this ring.
All marc jacobs, all the way.

America's Next Top Model.
Legendary 1960s fashion icon Twiggy is no longer a judge.
Sad news for me and im sure for all around.
Brilliant in her early days and later, she has been a steadfast judge since cycle five of america's next top model. Replacing her is former supermodel Paulina Porizkova.

Harper's Bazaar.
Originally spelt with one a, this legendary magazine was the first in the world of fashion. At its head was Mary Louise Booth; first editor and subject to my year long study project.
Where I come from, every sophomore is required to select an influential and historic person that they will study and submit projects about during the course of the year.
I originally selected Eleanor of Aquitaine, but found that I had no interest in her and was easily bored. I thought of what might interest me, and my first thought was fashion (duh[:).
My friend came up with the amazing idea of picking the first editor of a renown fashion magazine. Genius[:
And so far, I've recreated the cover of the very first issue, sketched clothing for that era, and not once been bored out of my mind!

December 1.
The month of December is here. Its a month of countdowns.Five more days until St. Nicks Day for those of you who celebrate it,
and nineteen more days after that until Christmas Day.
This year, I'll be spending the week of december twentyfifth in Vienna. So twentysix more days until I'm schuss-ing down the slopes of Austria.
